Within last two years we carry out the complex program of modernization of our workshops which allowed the company to provide competitive production of the European quality and to keep in the lead positions in the market of the process equipment. Therefore one of the basic directions of use of profit of our company is investments into modernization and introduction of modern technologies.

Main reasons for the modernization of the plant are:

• to fully utilize the capacities of the different plant sections (such as engineering workshop, x-ray laboratory and assembling workshops);

• to increase the production in total;

• to save energy.

Upgrade of production capacities is related to the following equipment installation:

- SKODA workcenters;

- HARTFORD lathe workcenters;
- «LINKOLN», «ESAB», «KEMPPI» welding equipment;

- «YXLON» panoramic x-ray machines, etc.

As a result of it we reached significant increase of production capacity which allowed to diversify the range of products. Nowadays Komsomolets is ready to introduce the following new products: degasators, waste-heat boilers, heat exchangers with a double tube sheets, a Florentine vessels, radiant coils, spherical tanks, etc.
