KOMSOMOLETS is a winner of the Region Competition called “Russian Company of High Social Efficiency”.

This competition established by the government of the Russian Federation takes place the tenth time. Competition was aimed to show to the public experience of Russian companies, which are active in solving social tasks as well as to help developing social activity in companies.

The Department of Labor and Social Development of Tambov Region organized the Regional competition. Any company which has been operating in the market more than 3 years and which has no debts for wages and salaries providing that it has no infringements of Labor Legislation had the right to participate in the competition.
The most attractive category was “For development of human resources in production companies”. Expert group made a decision to award the win to KOMSOMOLETS Company.
